It is not important just for me rather it is important for every Indian every non-Indian also it is important for every human, especially who are parent …I am a father and I love my family very much ..i do a lot to make my family happy all the time and if any one of my family member suffers from any problem then it hurts me a lot ..i m not able to concentrate on anything…now it’s a matter of loss of a child for their parents…I can understand well how much it is painful for them and on the other hand they are not getting justice for that..it is a shameful thing for our jurisprudence that they are not able to make a justice .
I don’t know about the truth and all facts but YES I know one thing & that is …still Arushi has not got justice …this is a high time for our nation to be awakened..How much we are secure in our own country, you know why..?..look as it is a high profile case and known by almost all…. even though file of this case is still open now think if something happened to a common man WHAT will happened to them …i’ve seen a lot to media ..media is not a proper way to get a justice but lots of people think like that….media don’t help anybody ..media is just behind the fame, TRP and money that’s it..till media is getting all from your case , will help you but as it stop getting all ..it will stop helping you…
What is the purpose of being educated or a literate person if you are not aware of your country jurisprudence system …you are earning a lot and living happily with your family but THINK the day you have a casualty …what will happen ….??? YES the same or worsen then this Talwar family…
I am deeply, heartily, and by all means would appeal to my all friends, colleagues, and country people to help them …BE AWARE …

Case and let the parents live the remaining life in peace fully, if they can live.
It is just depressing that the case has gone on and on for four years and never ending.
Someone Please tell the higher up to stop this public drama and close the case, and every tom dick and harry

I live in London and have been following this case from day one. I probably must be the only non family member who has extensively read this case and followed it. Most times of India forum I have strongly contested claims about parents being guilty. If convicted I would say CBI has got away with murder. I have so much to say in support and have said in the past on various forums. India is sadly becoming a banana republic with agencies like CBI terrorising the common man. The one thing I understand through my sources is that Krishna is absconding. I think your lawyers should examine him. To my mind he is the real culprit.

I feel so sorry for the Talwars and so horrified at the apathy of our people. Without even trying to think objectively, everyone is branding them with the gruesome of their own daughter, I can’t even imagine what they must be going through, its like anyone’s worst nightmare. It is so horrifying that people prefer sensationalism over the truth. I can’t imagine anyone with half a brain would even consider the theory of Hemraj-Aarushi affair plausible. I don’t know why people are confusing people from backward societies in some rural village who kill their girl children with modern, educated, kind parents who doted on their daughter. Really, I wish the police and CBI could be sued for even suggesting that rubbish angle.

Comment: With the destruction of 90% of the evidence ( wikipedia) this high profile case seems to be doomed from the get go.Whether, the destruction of evidence was deliberate & carefully thought out or it was just plain stupidity, it means that the judicial system’s hands are tied. There are too many holes in the story of this tragedy. There is almost nothing in the media about Hemraj’s friends & family whose testimony could have proved valuable. The courts have to go on evidence, circumstantial or otherwise in order to establish guilt beyond reasonable doubt. This fact can also mean that Rajesh & Nupur Talwar will eventually be released. Trial by media & courts of public opinion here have assumed significant proportions & some famous criminal cases that would have gone unpunished but for the intervention of media, such as the Jessica Lal case. However, this case is different, Key witnesses & crucial evidence is missing. In my opinion, for Aarushi & Hemraj, destruction of evidence is justice denied.

it is unfortunate that we live in India today with GANG of criminals in all corners involving every government levels and political levels. in Talwar case, it is obvious that CBI could not find the culprit as the culprit cleaverly escaped without leaving any evidence. once CBI surrendered the case as DROPPED, but government felt an INSULT and started re investigation ended with same result as no murderer found. only option is BLAME ON PARENTS who are soft targets so that CBI can escape and government will be pleased . the media is running for their businss only and the public running daily for their bread and do not care even if millions of Aarishis murdered. it is obvious that parents can not kill their only daughter and keep fighting for justice. they lost only child and over and above they have been charged which makes stabbing over wound. it is God’s gift to parents that they have still strength to keep fighting for justice, and I pray for more strength and to get JUSTICE soon. there are chances that even politicians behind covering up the case involved in this murder and as on today anything can happen to anyone as criminals have thousands of loop holes to escape and our system has alreaced the dogs. MAY GOD BRINGS UP THE JUSTICE SOON and my sympathy remains with Talwars and even monitary support for the case if needed.

Absolutely. It is justice for Aarushi, Hemraj and her parents. Think for a moment. When you go for surgery, do you tell the doctor what procedure to carry out and how to do it. No. As law abiding citizens, when faced with a tragedy at home, the talwars left the job of investigation to the law enforcement agencies. Each step that was carried out was done after taking the permission of the police. However, the blame for all the mistakes made by the investigating agencies has today been put on the talwars. Imagine the doctor telling you that “you should have told me the steps to follow in the surgical procedure.” I feel sad that anyone could expect a family that was in severe shock, unable to come to terms with the loss of their only daughter, to give instructions to the police as to how they should investigate the case. In this case, the Talwars have been made scapegoats in the whole process. Now it’s the CBI’s reputation which is at stake. So they have been lying in the courts, changing their version of what they think happened and giving false information to the media. It is sad to see the premier investigating agency of this country victimizing the parents to prevent the truth regarding the mistakes in their closure report from becoming public. It takes courage and grace to accept a mistake. That grace and courage has yet to be shown by the CBI.
